— Ross Young (@DSCCRoss) July 26, 2021 There were reports that the new iPad will have a Mini-LED display, but it looks like the iPad mini will not have it. The latest information suggests that the new iPad Mini will come with thinner and uniform bezels and will remove the home button at the bottom of the screen. The new iPad Mini 6 might have an A14 chip or A15 chip, and it is also said that it can have a USB-C port and not the Lightning port. On talking about design, the iPad Mini 6 will be similar to the latest fourth-generation iPad Air and iPad Pro. However, it is not known whether the new iPad will have Face ID or Touch ID support in the power button. Previously, there were reports that the upcoming Apple iPad that has a codename J310 will be powered by an Apple A15 Bionic chipset. The same chipset will power the iPhone 13 lineup also. Moreover, the iPad Mini 6 is expected to come in three different colors Black, Silver, and Rose Gold. Do remember, these details are not officially confirmed, so it might be changed once the iPad is launched. However, there is no word on the launch date of the iPad Mini 6.
