Apple was found guilty to violate the design of a Chinese Device manufacturer that might result in the ban on iPhone 6 sales in China: said by the Chinese authority. Random Chinese company, has blamed Apple for copying the design of its 100c smartphone from Shenzhen Baili. Beijing Intellectual Property Office has charged Apple to stop selling its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus in Beijing because the customers might not differentiate between the two handsets. However, the ban doesn’t exist in Apple’s recent models. The Company Said “Apple’s iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have minor differences from Baili’s 100C. The differences are so tiny that the average customer could not notice. So this case falls into the patent rights protection category,” The Shenzhen Baili manufacturer is one of the dozens of smartphone brands which seek to profit from mobile phone growth in the emerging country. Although the decision only covers the city of Beijing, future cases against Apple could influence other disputes in China. Apple is now trying to apply for the removal of the ban and once again take down the Chinese market. However, we have seen the previous failed attempt in China, so Apple needs a lot of luck to win this fight. Therefore, it could be anyone’s game.
